Orders are packed in Ireland with same-day dispatch available.

Dispatch Times

For normal stocked items, orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends, or on Irish public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

We use a next-day delivery service within Ireland, however customers should allow 1–2 working days for delivery.

United Kingdom deliveries should generally be allowed 2–3 working days.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging.

Product Preparation and Dispatch

Peptide vials are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form, which helps maintain stability during storage and transit.

Peptide pens are prepared in fresh batches each afternoon for dispatch the following working day. Orders for peptide pens placed before 3pm are included in that day’s preparation batch. Orders placed after 3pm are included in the next working day’s batch.

This helps ensure pens are freshly prepared rather than being prepared in advance and stored until ordered.

Please note: the 3pm pen preparation cutoff is separate from the general 4pm same-day dispatch cutoff for stocked products.
