How are your products prepared?

Our Peptide Vials are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form, which helps maintain stability during storage and transit.

Our Peptide Pens are prepared in fresh batches each afternoon for dispatch the following working day.

Orders placed before 3pm are fulfilled from the batch prepared that day. Orders placed after 3pm are included in the next day’s batch and sent the following working day.

This helps ensure pens are freshly prepared and not stored on a shelf until ordered.

Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Republic of Ireland typically receive orders within 1–2 working days.

United Kingdom will typically receive orders within 2–3 working days.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, it will not be available to add to your basket through the website.

However, they are always available to pre-order through WhatsApp, with 10% off the regular price.

Once the product has been restocked, your pre-order will be automatically dispatched and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
