How are your products prepared and shipped?

Our peptide vials are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form, which helps maintain stability during storage and transit.

Our pen products are prepared fresh by our team on the day of your order. We don’t keep pre-filled pens sitting on a shelf for months — pens are made specifically for each order before dispatch.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the Republic of Ireland and the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Republic of Ireland / Orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days.

UK / Orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

Is my order tracked?

All parcels sent to the UK are fully tracked.

For orders within the Republic of Ireland, our standard €3.99 delivery option is not tracked. We send these parcels using a next-day delivery service and cover part of the postage cost ourselves to help keep delivery affordable.

If you would prefer tracked delivery within Ireland, simply request it in the order comments box at checkout. Tracked postage is available for €10.00.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you won’t be able to add it to your basket through the website.

However, we offer pre-orders on out of stock items via WhatsApp. You’ll receive 10% off the regular price by doing so.

Once the product has been restocked, your pre-order will be automatically dispatched and you be informed via email.
